About Seedance 2.0
Seedance 2.0 is the second generation of Seedance, the video model from ByteDance's Seed team. In Kinoseed it works from a text prompt alone, from a start frame, from a start and an end frame together, or from up to 9 reference images in a dedicated reference mode.
It renders at 480p, 720p, 1080p or 4K, in 16:9, 9:16 or 1:1, with clips of 5, 8 or 10 seconds. Sound is generated with the picture and is part of the price, so there is no separate audio charge and no reason to switch it off.
Reference mode is what sets it apart: give it a product, a character and a location as separate images and it can place them in one scene. That makes it a good fit for ads, product shots and vertical social clips. Most of the demo clips on Kinoseed's video apps were made with it.
