›Does the whole face move, or only the mouth?
Only the mouth and jaw. Wav2Lip reshapes the lower face to match the audio and leaves the head, eyes and background as they are in the photo, so there is no head movement or blinking. On a large, sharp portrait the mouth area can look a little softer than the rest.
›Can I make someone else's photo talk, or use someone else's voice?
Only with their consent, for both the face and the voice. Kinoseed's terms forbid using the service to impersonate a real person without consent, including non-consensual deepfakes, and accounts that do so can be suspended.
