About Veo 3.1 Fast

Veo 3.1 Fast is a faster, lower-cost version of Google's Veo 3.1. It takes a text prompt or a start image and can generate sound together with the picture.

Clips are 4, 6 or 8 seconds long in 16:9 or 9:16, at 720p, 1080p or 4K. Sound is optional and adds half again to the price.

Kinoseed's Cinema Studio runs on it, three 8-second shots from one brief. It suits ads and short scenes when Veo's look matters and the full Veo 3.1 price does not fit the budget.

Prices are in credits and come from the same quote the studio and the API charge. The exact price is on the Generate button before you spend anything, and a failed generation is refunded automatically. The dollar figure next to each price is at the standard rate of $0.02 a credit.

A 4-second clip at 720p in dollars

The cheapest Veo 3.1 Fast run is 75 credits. What that comes to depends on how you buy credits; the Studio plan sells them cheapest.

The smallest plan is the $10 Basic plan (500 credits a month).

Veo 3.1 Fast API

Run Veo 3.1 Fast from your own code with one POST to /api/v1/videos and model id veo-3-1-fast. This request costs 75 credits ($1.50). Create a key on your account page and replace the placeholder.

Price any other settings first with POST /quote, which is free. Videos take a few minutes, so the script waits on the job until it is done. Every field is described in the videos docs.

Veo 3.1 Fast from an AI agent (MCP)

Claude Code, Cursor and other MCP clients run the same request as the generate_video tool. Add the server once:
