To use Kling 3.0, open the Video studio, click the Model card and choose Kling 3.0, write the shot in the Prompt or drop a picture into Start frame, pick the shape and a Duration of 5 or 10 seconds, tick Sound if you want audio, and press Generate Video. A 5 second clip costs 110 credits and a 10 second clip 210; with Sound on they cost 160 and 310.
Kling 3.0 is the Kling model from Kuaishou that people pick for motion with weight: hands, fabric, liquids and products that move like real objects. This guide covers its inputs, settings, prompts and prices, and when a cheaper Kling is enough.
What you need
- An idea for one shot, or a clear picture to start from.
- If the start frame shows a real person, use your own photo or one that person agreed to have animated.
- A Kinoseed account with credits. Video starts with a plan; the $10 Basic plan (500 credits a month) covers 4 silent 5 second Kling 3.0 clips.
Step by step
- 1
Open the Video studio and choose Kling 3.0
The Model card shows Seedance 1.5 Pro, the default. Click it and pick Kling 3.0. The Kling 3.0 model page opens the studio with it already selected.
- 2
Start from text, or add a start and an end frame
Kling 3.0 works from the Prompt alone. To fix the first shot, drop a picture into Start frame under Start & end frames; add an End frame too and the clip moves from one to the other. A start frame costs the same as text: 110 credits for 5 seconds.
- 3
Pick the shape and the Duration
Choose 16:9, 9:16 or 1:1 with the shape buttons and 5 or 10 seconds under Duration. There is no Resolution setting for Kling 3.0, so the price depends only on length and Sound. With a start frame, the clip takes its shape from your picture, so crop it first. Use 9:16 for Reels, Shorts and TikTok.
- 4
Decide on Sound
Tick Sound to have dialogue, effects and ambience made with the picture. It costs more:110 credits for 5 seconds without it, 160 with it. Leave it off for drafts and for clips you will put music under.
- 5
Write the Prompt as one shot, then press Generate Video
Name the subject, the one thing that happens, the camera move and the light. The price is on the button before you press it. The clip lands in the feed beside the controls, ready to download, with no watermark, and a failed run is refunded automatically.
Prompts to copy
Paste any of these into Video studio as a starting point, then change the details to fit your photo.
Product with weight
A ceramic mug is set down on a wooden table and hot coffee is poured into it, steam rising. Slow push in, warm morning light from the left.
Person from a start frame
She turns from the window toward the camera, her scarf moving in the breeze, and smiles. Camera holds still, soft daylight.
With Sound on
A street drummer plays on an upturned bucket at night, crowd clapping along. Handheld camera circling him slowly, neon signs behind.
What Kling 3.0 costs
110 credits for 5 seconds and 210 for 10 seconds without sound; 160 and 310 with Sound. A start or end frame does not change the price. Each figure is what the Generate Video button shows for that setting.
Two cheaper Klings sit in the same Model list: a 5 second clip costs 80 on Kling 3.0 Standard and 65 on Kling 2.6 Pro, in credits. For comparison, the studio default Seedance 1.5 Pro is 25 credits for 5 seconds at 720p. See pricing for the plans.
When to use Kling 3.0, and when not to
Use it for the take you will post: people, hands and products that must move believably, and clips up to 10 seconds. Draft the idea on a cheaper model first and move the prompt that works to Kling 3.0. For 4K or the Google look, see Kling 3.0 vs Veo 3.1; to copy the moves of a dance or gesture video instead of describing them, use Motion Control.

Tips for better results
- Draft on Kling 3.0 Standard or Seedance 1.5 Pro, then run the keeper on Kling 3.0.
- One action and one camera move per clip. Two moves in a short clip tend to blur together.
- Add an End frame when the clip has to finish on a set shot, such as a product facing the camera.
- With Sound on, name the sounds in a few words; otherwise the model picks something that fits the picture.
- For camera words models follow, see how to write AI video prompts with camera moves.
