Make a photo talk

Add a portrait and a voice recording. The face in the photo says your words, with the lips matched to the audio.

You need: A front-facing portrait and an audio file of the voice. A typical run is 7 credits, shown on the button before it starts.

Every run shows its price first, and a run that fails is refunded.

A real result from this tool, made with Seedance 2.0. The prompt: Head-and-shoulders portrait of a woman in a soft grey sweater speaking directly to camera in a bright home office. Natural, expressive mouth movement and clear diction, small head movements and blinks, window light from the left, plants blurred behind her.

What makes it come out well

  • Use a photo where the mouth is closed or slightly open. A wide smile leaves the model less room to form words.
  • Record in a quiet room. Background noise reads as speech and shows up as lip movement during the pauses.
  • Keep the first take short. Ten seconds tells you if the face works before you pay for a full script.

Questions

Does it work with cartoons and drawings?

It works best with a face that has clear lips. Drawn characters often work, very stylised ones less so.

What languages can it speak?

The lips follow the audio, so any language you can record works.
